More importantly, I can't say enough about the lymphatic drainage and how it completely reduces the swelling/edema in my feet and ankles! I wisk from my feet upward every night before I go to bed and it makes me feel very light. It's because it helps to circulate your blood. And this makes me feel good. I sleep well and when I wake up--swelling is gone. You’ll see. Get in the habit of doing it daily--as much as you can. It is amazing. I highly recommend this!
