I have acne and rosacea prone skin, and these are super gentle! I generally use them the same night I use my weekly retinoid treatment and it helps me avoid dry, flaky skin while still gaining all of the benefits of the retinol treatment. I always use them on long flights. Sometimes I use them just for a refresher... they are cooling on the skin for the first couple of hours, which is really nice on my redness-prone skin!
The effects last several days, especially when the atmospheric humidity isn't low. There's not much of a smell at all, and they're easy enough to use! I like to wear it about an hour before I go to sleep... and I wake up glowing!
