Do the slippers I bought come with shoe boxes?

Yes, each pair of slippers is packed in a shoe box, and the slippers are wrapped with a dustproof paper with our brand "Chantomoo". You could take it directly as a gift.

Is the fur as fluffy as the picture?

Yes, the long shipping may make the fur a bit messy, just knocking them against each other will bring back fluffy and even.

Do these slippers have a smell?

After the slippers are produced, they are packed into boxes and sealed for a long time. You can put them in a ventilated place for a while to dissipate the possible slight smell.

Then you can use them with confidence.

Are these slippers too soft or too hard?

Won't. They have a memory foam footbed and EVA midsole, soft but supportive and very light.

Are these slippers true to size?

Please measure your foot length and buy according to the size chart：

5-6 (9.25"/23.5cm); 7-8 (9.65"/24.5cm);

9-10 (10.04"/25.5cm); 11-12 (10.43"/26.5cm).

If you have a wider foot, or a higher instep ,please choose a larger size slippers.
